Suggested steeping method:Giawan preparation recommended. Heat water to 212 degrees F. Rise leaves by steeping for 30 seconds. Discard liquid. Add 200+ degree F water and steep 3-4 grams per 4 oz for 10 seconds. Can be steeped multiple times, increasing steeping time with each infusion.

Deep, dark, rich cup with notes of coffee, wet wood, and rich earth. Well rounded, clean cup with a sharp finish. This Shou Pu’erh style of tea was carefully fermented over 4 weeks in a sanitized environment.
