A delicious steep with a sweetness that is found in steamed sweet potatoes. Lovingly handcrafted.
Nestled in the misty mountains of Huayopata, Cusco, tea producer Landers Salas never set out to build a life around tea. What began as a simple curiosity in 2017 soon became something far more meaningful.
In a world that often felt rushed and demanding, Landers discovered an unexpected source of calm in a cup of tea. Drawn to its ability to slow the moment and restore balance, he immersed himself in learning everything he could about the craft. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion, inspiring him to create his own teas and eventually establish the Elvira Infusiones tea house.
Today, Landers shares the teas of his homeland with the same sense of wonder that first captivated him.
As he often says, “I didn’t find tea—tea found me, offering calm and tranquility in a hectic world, and that’s where my passion began.”
His delicate white tea reflects that journey—carefully crafted in the Andean highlands, it offers a gentle sweetness, soft floral notes, and a moment of peace in every cup.
Yes, this tea is a luxury. Crafted in very small quantities, this exquisite white tea is being offered in the United States for the very first time. I have secured a limited allotment, available exclusively in 1-ounce packages while supplies last.
Premium teas for everyday enjoyment and hand-packed in small quantities for freshness. Single origin teas, blended teas and tisanes are sourced for their flavor, tradition, the story they tell and the value they add to our daily ritual of making a cup of tea.
